Papyrus sheet, complete but torn along the left edge; slightly abraded in places and with few wormholes along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 9 lines, complete, the last written in the lower margin and separated by blank space from the rest of the text. Upper margin is extant, lower and right margins are minimal; the left margin partly survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
