Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, complete but with damage, especially in the left portion. Writing is on one side along the fibres, and the back is blank. There are 9 lines, somewhat damaged at their beginnings; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
