Left papyrus (A) (P.Lond. III 919a, TM 11814): Receipt acknowledging money payments made to Horus and the other tax collectors of Soknopaiou Nesos on account of the tax on pasture. Dated to 3 February 152.
Right papyrus (B) (P.Lond. III 919b, TM 22715): Census declaration by Tyrannus, who lives in rented property belonging to Isidorus; with oath. Dated to 174-175.

Two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.
Left papyrus (A): Complete sheet, damaged by holes throughout and abraded in the left portion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 11 lines; all margins are extant, the right being minimal.
Right papyrus (B): Sheet broken off at the top and bottom, with few holes; slightly abraded, especially in the right portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 16 lines, with traces of another line at the top. The left margin is extant; no margin was left to the right.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: A: 105 x 175 mm; B: 132 x 73 mm. Housed in a glass case measuring 190 x 220 mm.
Script: A: Thin, rapid cursive hand, irregular in size, sloping to the right; lines somewhat uneven. B: Rather small cursive hand, with a tendency for letters to become smaller and more cursive; the uprights display a slight slant to the right.

Provenance: A: Soknopaiou Nesos (Dimeh), meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome. B: Egypt. Both papyri were purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 884-1178 from the Reverend Chauncey Murch (b. 1856, d. 1907) on 8 June 1901.
