The collectors of grain taxes of Soknopaiou Nesos petitioned the strategus Apollonius alias Ptolemaeus, complaining about the inhabitants of a neighbouring village, who had appropriated some land for which taxes weren paid when the land had been sown. The tax collectors ask that the inhabitants of Theogenes pay the dues on the previous unproductive years.

Papyrus sheet, almost complete; broken off at the bottom, well preserved as to the rest, with only minor surface damage in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 21 lines, with the last mutilated. Upper and side margins are extant. The left margin measures c. 25 mm and the upper c. 20 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
