Isidorus renounces all share in the inheritance of his late father in favour of his brothers Herminus and Theognostus, on condition that they repay their father’s debts and maintain their living mother.
Lines 1-10: Deed in the names of Herminus and Theognostus, addressed to Isidorus; with signature of the banker at the end and line filler.
Lines 11-end: Body of the deed, in the name of Isidorus, addressed to Herminus and Theognostus; with signatures of Isidorus and Theognostus. The name of Geta was erased.

Papyrus sheet, complete and well preserved, with minor damage along the vertical folds and slightly abraded in few places of the upper portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text is arranged in one broad column of 26 lines, with blank space between lines 10 and 11. All margins are extant, the right being minimal. The left margin measures between 20 and 40 mm, and the lower 35-40 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Five hands. Lines 1-10: 1st hand. Rough and rapid cursive hand of small size, thin and sloping to the right; end of line 10: 2nd hand, larger, upright rapid cursive for the subscription; lines 11-24: 3rd hand, upright, well formed and regular; end of line 24: 4th hand, thin and large, irregular, with detached letters; lines 25-26: 5th hand: rough, upright and large, with few ligatures.
