Census declaration addressed to the scribes (amphodogrammateis) of a quarter of Hermopolis. The declarant is Aurelia Dioscorous, daughter of Hermaeus alias Pathotes, resident in another quarter, with the presence of her brother and husband Theognostus. Dioscorous registers herself, aged 30. With subscription of Aurelius Nicostratus at the end and line filler.

Papyrus sheet, complete; abraded to the left of the vertical fold in the middle, but well preserved as to the rest. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 16 lines (the last bearing the continuation of the filler), which occupy the upper half of the sheet. All margins are extant, and the blank space at the bottom measures 110 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Thin, large cursive hand, occasionally compressed at the ends of the lines. The subscription is in a smaller hand.
