Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, with holes in the preserved portion mostly distributed along the vertical folds; with minor surface damage. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 16 lines, the first of which somewhat mutilated, and traces of another line at the top. Side and lower margins are extant, with the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
