(1). Letters from Paul Green (each stamped with 'Spectacular Diseases' name and address at the head) received by Peter Hodgkiss:
- 12 Jan 1983. Autograph letter unrelated to 92 Notes, giving address of U.S. distributor (Ther House of Keys, Cincinnati).
- 11 May 1985. Autograph letter (2 sheets): 'I'd like to submit a long prose work to Quick Job - is it possible?'
- 30 May 1985. Autograph letter. Gives address of Betsy Adams (Dexter, Michigan), whose work will appear in next issue of Spectacular Diseases and in Reality Studios.
- 25 Jul 1985. Typed letter, enclosing typed manuscript for consideration (see below).
- 11 Dec 1985. Typed letter. Has not heard from Hodgkiss since submitting manuscript: 'If you can't use it would you mind forwarding it to Ric Caddel for me, as a possible submission to his Staple Diet series?' Letter annotated by Hodgkiss: 'reply 3/1/86 ms accepted'.
- June 1987. Printed information sheet from Paul Green ('Imported Poetry and Related Material') and flyer for 'Micro Brigade 1987' (forthcoming Cobbing title). Green's information sheet annotated by Hodgkiss: 'Books ordered. Proofs sent 19/8/87'.
- 20 Aug 1987. Typed letter. Will check through 'the photocopy of 92 Notes'.
- 22 Aug 1987. Typed letter: 'there is a lot of correcting to be done'. With second sheet listing 'Corrections and re-writing', ticked by Hodgkiss as done.
- 7 Sep 1987. Typed letter. Refers to front cover.

(3). Re-typed text, revised by Green in blue ink. Together with copy of corrected text.
