Papyrus sheet, almost complete, but with holes along the vertical folds and in the right bottom edge, and surface damage in the right half. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 23 lines, some of which slightly mutilated. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Thin cursive hand, sloping to the right, somewhat irregular in size; different hand for the subscription from the end of line 21, smaller and more cursive.
