Papyrus sheet, darkened in the middle portion, lacking the upper right edge and damaged by insect holes throughout, especially along the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; there are 27 lines, somewhat mutilated, especially at the top; the left margin is extant, no margin was left to the right, and the lower margin is damaged. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Neat and regular upright cursive hand, with some elongated verticals and occasional serifs at the end of uprights.
