Papyrus sheet, lacking most of its left half, and with small insect holes located especially in the upper portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Parts of 26 lines survive, most of which lack the beginning. The right margin is extant, and parts of the upper and lower margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 170 x 115 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 320 x 175 mm.
Script: Proficient and large cursive hand, sloping to the right; two other cursive hands, thicker and in darker ink, for the subscriptions in the last two lines.
