Papyrus sheet, lacking its left portion and with minor damage along the folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are portions of 15 lines, lacking the beginnings. Upper, right and lower margins are preserved, with the lower margin measuring 80 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Thin, neat and proficient cursive with a slant to the right. Some of the lines incline upwards.
