Papyrus sheet in poor condition, broken off to the left, lacking the left bottom edge and with insect holes throughout; abrasion and other surface damage occur in the preserved portion. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 21 lines lacking the beginnings. Upper, right and lower margins survive. A sheet-join runs across the fibres and along the height of the sheet in the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: 248 x 389 mm; housed in a glass case measuring 295 x 405 mm.
Script: Neat, proficient and regular cursive hand of small size; different hands for the subscriptions: lines 18-19: second hand, large, rough and irregular; lines 19-20: third hand, small and uneven, with a slight slant to the right; line 20: fourth and fifth hands, one exhibiting rough uncial letters of big size, the other being rapid, cursive and of smaller size.
