Covers a sixty-mile length of coastline in western Aden Protectorate, extending approximately twelve miles inland. Portrays hydrology, relief by hachures, roads and tracks, water sources and place names.
Rectos of both maps bear a manuscript note stating that the work 'could have been used' on GSGS 3997. Versos of both maps bear various library annotations.
'Received from India. Used by them in all their maps up to date.' - War Office ledger.
