Covers a 300-mile coastal strip in south-eastern Aden Protectorate extending up to 180 miles inland. Portrays hydrology, relief and depth by form lines, roads and tracks, settlements and place names, and includes topographical and logistical notes.
The map bears the annotation 'See R[oyal].G[eographical].S[ociety]. map on 1/1,500,000 in Journal - March 1931.'
