In the third letter, Sherman is 'delighted' that Hodgkiss has accepted the article for publication, although it was not to appear in Poetry Information. 'On Middle Voice' was subsequently published by Ken Edwards in Reality Studios, Vol 5 (1983), pp. 41-4.
