Offer to lease 8 ½ aruras of grain land located near Philadelphia for three years, the lessor being Aurelia Copria, a minor, through her great-uncle Aurelius Sarapion, and the lessee Aurelius Longinus, son of Herminus. Written by the notary Dioscorus as Longinus is illiterate.

Papyrus sheet, complete, darker in places, with abrasion and other surface damage in places. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There is one column of 31 lines, complete; all margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
