Mid-dark brown papyrus sheet, broken off to the left, with holes and abrasion in the preserved portion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 32 lines, lacking the beginnings; upper and lower margins partly survive; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Regular, thin cursive hand of small size; 2nd hand from line 22 to the end for the subscription, rough and very cursive.
