Papyrus sheet, broken off to the right and damaged at the top and along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 23 lines, lacking the ends. The left margin is irregular, of the right margin only a small portion survives, and the blank at the bottom measures 70 mm. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Large, round, neat, upright hand, with occasional ligatures; line 21-end: second hand of a slow-writer for the subscription, rough and uneven; delta shaped as D.
