Anonymous treatise on the construction and use of the sine quadrant (الربع المجيّب).
The copy was completed at Hyderabad Deccan on 18 Ramaḍān 1066/30 June 1656 (see colophon, f. 67r, line 15, transcribed below)
Qubād ibn ‘Abd al-Jalīl al-Ḥārithī al-Badakhshī (قباد بن عبد الجليل الحارثي البدخشي, d. 1083/1672-3) completed collating the text with its exemplar on 26 Ramaḍān 1066/8 July 1656 at Hyderabad Deccan (see collation note in edge margin, f. 77r).
One quire of the text (ff. 61r-67r) has been bound out of order. This should follow after a missing table (جدول) announced at the end of f. 77r. The collection of fifty-four tables at the end of the treatise (ff. 79v-106r) is announced at the end of the text (f. 67r, line 14, transcribed below) as a 'collection of laws' (دستور).
