Binding: The original volume has been rebound in three parts for conservation purposes.

Arrangement:

Numbers 115-119 (folios 467-469) are all part of the same item but have been split between Parts 2 and 3. Numbers 115-116 (folio 467) being in Part 2 and Numbers 117-119 (folios 468-369) being in Part 3.

Folios 549-550 are out of order with folio 550 preceeding folio 549.

The numbering system used in the indexes sporadically omits even numbers.

The volume originally contained Papers on the Hyderabad Assigned Districts and Berar and Mysore Administration, which were numbered as 25-64 and would have been located between folios 439 and 440. These papers were removed in the nineteenth century and transferred to another volume, according to the index.

According to the description in the index the papers related to officers employed in the administration of these areas and matters relating to their pay and processing of pay certificates.
