- Papyrus sheet, mutilated at the top and bottom and with insect holes throughout; some abrasion affects the left-hand edge. Both sides bear writing: on the front, there are 26 lines written along the fibres. The left margin partly survives, and no margin was left to the right. On the back there are portions of 5 lines written across the fibres in the lower part of the sheet, upside down in relation to the text on the front. Additionally, there are 2 lines running from top to bottom along the left edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
