The book contains information on the acts related to the indigenous people included in the Huetamo division list; deeds resulting from the land adjudications in Pungarabato; and petitions to establish indigenous descent submitted to the Huetamo Qualifying Board. It includes agreements, petitions, deeds, community proceedings, receipts, and other miscellaneous documents.
The volume consists of 300 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are roughly grouped together and loosely ordered by date.
The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
