The book contains information on the creation of properties and tax payments in Tanaco. There is also information on the amendment of lands in Aranza; the division of lands in Paracho, Nahuatzen; tax payments in Urapicho; and the sale of the estate of San Marcos. The volume primarily consists of community proceedings, agreements, correspondence, reports, petitions, and receipts.
The volume consists of 261 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date.
The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
