The manuscript is composed of two texts, written in verses. The manuscript is in bad condition as the palm leaves of the second text are broken.
Text 1- Containing only 3 palm leaves, the text presents a medicinal formulation for preparing Tāmira parpam, and recommends some medicines for treating pitta kuṇa matam (a mental illness caused by pitta imbalance).
Text 2- The text is composed of 4 leaves among them the first is broken. It is entitled Akattiyar Paccai- 16, and concerns preparations of medicines for treating diseases stomach pain (vayiṟu vali), colic pain (cūlai), ascites (nīrāmai), a venereal disease (kiranti mēkam), fever (curam) and for stopping thirst (tākam pokku).
Size of the manuscript: 32.5cm x 2.8cm. The manuscript is in bad condition; all the leaves are broken, damaged by rodents and very stained by fungus. The text 1 is constituted of 3 leaves without numbers and the text 2 of 4 leaves numbered from 1 to 4. A leaf is blank.
