The manuscript contains a text whose the palm leaves are partly numbered from 1 to 20; it is incomplete. The manuscript is in good condition; the leaves are darkened by fungus infestation.
The text, written both in prose and in verses, presents medicinal formulations:
A decoction (kacāyam) for treating colic pain (cūlai) and a skin disease in children (civappu).
A dry powder (poṭi) for treating wounds (puṇ).
Medicated oils: Mulaipāl eṇṇey and Vilvāti eṇṇey; Muṭṭai tailam for treating delirium (caṉṉi) and as well as an eṇṇey for treating urinary tract infection (mēkam).
A medicated ghī (ney) for treating muscular atrophy (kaṇai) and indigestion in children (māntam).
A medicine (maruntu; not named) for treating flatus (vāyu).
Size of the manuscript: 27.5cm x 3.9cm. The palm leaves are numbred from 1 to 20 in Arab and from 1 to 3 and 6, 9, 13 in both Tamil and Arab. The manuscript is in good condition; the leaves are darkened by fungus infestation.
