The manuscript is composed of a text, incomplete, composed of 8 palm leaves numbered from 1 to 6; two leaves are number 1 and 2. It is in good condition, although the leaves are darkened due to fungus infestation.
The text, in Malayalam, is written in both prose and verses. It describes the formulation of a pill called as Āṉanta pairavaṉ kuḷikai, its appropriate adjuvant and the diseases from which the pills are recommended.
Size of the manuscript: 20.8cm x 3.0cm. The palm leaves are numbred from 1 to 6 in Malayalam and Arab; there are two leaves placed at the beginning of the text and the end of the manuscript and two leaves n°1 and 2. The manuscript is in good condition despite the leaves are darkened by fungus infestation.
