The manuscript is formed of 10 texts written in Grantha (scripts for transcribing Sanskrit text into Tamil) and in verses. The five first texts are numbered from 14 to 31. The texts are related to brahmanical prescriptions. The condition of the manuscript is good except for the 1st palm leaf which is broken.
Text 1. The text is written on the palm leaf numbered 14. It is incomplete. It concerns mṛutikka snāṉa viti (rules to take bath with sand when a person is not well and has to avoid water)
Text 2. The text is written on the palm leaves numbered 15 and 16. It is complete. It concerns vaiṣvatēva viti, the hōma ritual performed by Brahmin couples to remove sins. This text is a part of the works of Vetānta Tēsikar, a vaiṣṇava poet of the 15th century.
Text 3. The text is numbered from 17 to 26 and is complete. It describes the kūṣmāṭṇa hōma, a ritual performed by nourishing the fire with a white pumpkin.
Text 4. The text, written on the palm leaf numbered 27 is incomplete. It concerns śrīvaiṣṇava aṉukṉā, a ritual conducted by a Brahmin for obtaining the permission from his peers to perform certain rites.
Text 5. The text, written on the palm leaf numbered from 28 to 31, is complete. It concerns the pañca sanskāra.
Text 6. The text comprises two palm leaves whose the subject is not understandable as the leaves are disparate.
Text 7. The text is written on a palm leaf. It describes an āṉustup (type of mantiram) devoted to Nṛṣiṃha.
Text 8. The text is written on three palm leaves. It describes the yaknōpaviti piratiṣṭā, the ritual to change the sacred thread performed yearly by Brahmins. The description comes from the work of Vetānta Tēcikar.
Text 9. The text is written on four palm leaves numbered from 1 to 4. It is complete and concerns the mahāpuruṣa vityā.
Text 10. The text is written on three palm leaves numbered from 5 to 7. It is complete and concerns apara vitya, the soteriology.
Size of the manuscript: 28.5cm x 3.3cm. The text 1 comprises a palm leaf numbered 14 in Tamil; the text 2, 2 palm leaves numbered 15 and 16; the text 3, contains leaves numbered from 17 to 26; the text 4, a leaf numbered 27; the text 5, leaves numbered from 28 to 31; the text 6, 2 leaves; the text 7, 1 leaf; text 8, 3 leaves; the text 9, 4 leaves numbered from 1 to 4; and the text 10 has 3 palm leaves numbered from 5 to 7. The manuscript contains a leaf as board which is broken. Its condition is good except for the 1st palm leaf which is broken.
