The manuscript is formed of 4 palm leaves, among them two are numbered 6 and 8, on which the verses n° 12 to 27 and 39 to 40 are inscribed. A part of the leaf n°6 is partly broken.
The text, as indicated in its title Kuru Nāṭi Cāttiram, focuses on diagnosis based on pulse reading (nāṭi). It mentions the location of each pulse, the method to examine them, their names, the state of pulse in normal condition of health, and the diseases provoked by their malfunction. As notified on a leaf, this manuscript was copied from a published book.
Size of the manuscript: 27.0cm x 3.0cm. The text has 4 palm leaves among them two are numbered 6 and 8. The condition of manuscript is average as three leaves on four are partly damaged.
