The manuscript is constituted of a text of 7 palm leaves numbered between 435 and 450; the leaves 437, 439-441, 443, 444, 446-448 are missing. Its state is average as four of the leaves are broken.
The text, written in verses, describes the preparations of Miḷaku lēkiyam, Rāyē cupāri kuḻampu (a semi-wax medicine which was developed by a practitioner named Rāyē) and Cavvīra meḻuku, Lōka tirāvakam and Pāṣāṇa kaṭṭu, of some medicines (maruntu; not named) for treating tremor in head (talai naṭukkam), heat sensation in scalp (kapāla cūṭu), delirium (caṉṉi tōṣam) and stomach ache (vayiṟṟu kaṭuppu), and of medicated fumes (pukai) for treating colic pain (cūlai).
Size of the manuscript: 27.0cm x 3.2cm. The text has 7 palm leaves numbered 435, 436, 438, 442, 445, 449 and 450. The condition of the manuscript is average; the leaves 436, 442, 449 and 450 are partly damaged.
