The manuscript is composed of a text of 28 palm leaves, entitled Akattiyar Vaittiyam-1000. The manuscript is in average condition. While the reading is possible, the comprehension of text is almost impossible because the part of leaf on which is inscribed the number is often absent so that it is impossible to order the leaves, and numerous leaves are missing. The leaves have been arranged according to the serial number of the verses.
The text is related to medical matter; two leaves concern mantiram.
Size of the manuscript: 29.5cm x 3.6cm. 17 leaves are numbered in Tamil (1, 6, 7, 11, 12, 19, 21, 27, 61, 66, 73, 101, 102, 103, 125, 151 and 153) while 11 are not numbered. The manuscript is in poor state damaged by rodents
