The manuscript is made of a text whose the palm leaves are numbered from 1 to 54. The text, written on the recto of each leaves only, is complete. The manuscript is in excellent condition.
The text, entitled Uḷḷamuṭaiyāṉ, is written in prose. It concerns divination by using a peculiar method: a part of the thread for tying palm leaf manuscript, whose the length is defined by the diviner, is inserted into the hole of the palm leaves; the leaf situated at the end of the thread (nūl pōṭṭu pārttal) is considered to contain the prediction of the person.
Size of the manuscript: 13.7cm x 3.0cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered from 1 to 54. The manuscript is in excellent condition.
