The manuscript is composed of a short and incomplete text numbered in Arab from 2 to 15; the palm leaves 10, 12 and 14 are missing. The leaves are more and less bitten by rodents.
The text, written in verses, concerns formulations of medicines, notably Pāṇṭu kaṣāyam, Lōka centūram, Pavaḷa paṟpam, Kentaka paṟpam and Tāḷaka paṟpam; Vāliṉi curanam for treating cold (īlai) and medicines (not specified, maruntu) for treating deafness (kātaṭaippu, iraiccal), cough (irumal) and ascitis (peruvayiṟu). The text provides some information on borneol (paccai kaṟpūram).
Size of the manuscript: 20,8cm x 2,6cm. The text is composed of palm leaves numbered in Arab from 2 to 15; the leaves 10, 12 and 15 are missing. Two additional blank leaves are placed at the beginning and at the end of the manuscript. The manuscript is in bad condition: the leaves 5 and from 9 to the end are partly broken; they are slightly affected by larvae.
