The manuscript is composed of a single text, written in verses, containing palm leaves coming from diverse manuscripts. They have two numberings: 53 to 61 and 6 to 14; the recto of the leaf 53/6 is blank. The manuscript is slightly affected by larvae.

The topic developed in the manuscript concerns formulations of complex medicines belonging to the category kaṭṭu (stone-like medicines): Uppu kaṭṭu prepared according to the methods defined by Irumātēvar and Koṅkaṇar, Liṅka kaṭṭu according to the methods defined by Akattiyar, Piramma Muṉi and Puḷippāṇi, as well as Cātiliṅka kaṭṭu, Racakaṟpūra kaṭṭu, Pañcikaraṇa kaṭṭu, Tāḷaka kaṭṭu, Ākācam veḷḷai kauri māltēvi kaṭṭu, Kaṭṭu centūram, Urukkumāṉa kaṭṭu māttirai and Kaṭṭu kaṣāyam.

A leaf presents the formulation of Cuvāca kāca kuḻampu defined by Caṅkumaṇi Paratēci.

Size of the manuscript: 31,0cm x 3,5cm. The palm leaves of the text are numbered from 53 to 61; there are two blank leaves placed at the beginning and at the end of the text. The manuscript is in good condition, slightly affected by larvae. .
