The iatrochemical processes concern the method to extract mica (apraka cattu) and purification of copper (cempu cutti). The text describes a crucible made of five types of calcined medicine (pañca cuṇṇa kukai) which is used to melt metals.
Additionally, the text approaches various subjects such as the proportion of the five elements in the body (pañcapūta māṉam); the preaching (upatēcam) of the cittar Karuvūrār; the prediction of the future of a person from his/her zodiac sign; explanation on the second zodiac sign called riṣapam.
