The manuscript is made of a text containing 47 palm leaves numbered between 1 and 165. The condition of the manuscript is average, the leaves being more and less darkened and affected by larvae, some very damaged.
The text by Koṅkaṇar is entitled Vāta Nūl- 1000. The text, written in verses, deals with esoteric and medical subjects. It explains the method of breathing (pirāṇāyāma) and its benefit for health. It describes the method to prepare calcined white medicine (paṟpam) based on mercury (cūtam) and on gold (taṅkam), as well as to extract copper and lead from plants (mūlikai cempu; mūlikai īyam).
Size of the manuscript: 40,5cm x 3,4cm. The palm leaves are numbered from 1 to 165, numerous leaves are missing. The condition of the manuscript is average, the leaves being more and less darkened and affected by larvae, some severely damaged.
