The manuscript is formed of a text which is formed by 9 palm leaves numbered from 1 to 10; the leaf n° 7 is missing. The manuscript is in bad condition. Half of the leaves are broken and a part of the text is missing.
The text, written in Grantha, is composed of verses in Sanskrit language (śloka-s). The text presents the formulation of Pañcapāṇa centūram exposed in Pōkar- 700 and Tāmira paṣpam with the appropriate time of administration and posology. It describes the trouble called aṇṭa vāyu (scrotal swelling).
