The manuscript is formed by a text written on 16 palm leaves with an unclassifiable numbering. The manuscript, little affected by larvae, is in good condition.
The text, written both in prose and verses, describes the formulations of Karuvaṅka tailam, Akkiṉi kuṭōri, Nāka paṟpam and Tāḷaka paṟpam, the fabrication of kaṭṭukaḷ (stone-like medicines), the preparation of artificial products (vaippu) and the purification (cutti) of cinnabar (liṅkam). It explains the method to examine (parikṣai) the humour vātā.
Additionally, it mentions some mantiraṅkaḷ and yantiraṅkaḷ exposing mystical acts performed by Intiraṉ (intira jālam).
Size of the manuscript: 26,0cm x 3,0cm. The text has16 palm leaves not classifiable. There are two blank leaves places at the belinning and at the end of the text. The manuscript is in good condition, the leaves being slightly affected by larvae.
