The manuscript comprises a text of 14 palm leaves without numbering. Its state is very bad as the text of the right part of all the leaves is deteriorated and the leaves are slightly affected by larvae.
The text exposes the formulations of Pūrṉāti pālai and Pūrṉāti lēkiyam and medicines (maruntu; not named) to treat gastritis (kuṉmam), flatus (vāyu), diseases caused by pitta imbalance (pitta rōkaṅkaḷ), skin diseases (kuṣṭam) and eye diseases (nēttira rōkam). It presents two medicinal formulations to improve potency (tātu puṣṭi) as well as a medicine (maruntu, not named) detailed in the text Koṅkaṇar Muppu Cūttiram which is specified as efficient to treat 96 types of diseases (96 vakai nōykaḷ).
