The manuscript is constituted of a text of 4 palm leaves numbered 93, 94, 99 and 100 on which 18 (437 to 446 and 467 to 474) are inscribed. The manuscript is in average condition; the leaves are slightly affected by the larvae and a part of text of the 3rd leaf has been destroyed.
The text mentions the preparation of Piraḷaya kālāntakaṉ vairavaṉ poṭi, of a nasal medicine (naciyam) and an oil (eṇṇey) for treating delirium (caṉṉi), and of medicines (maruntu; not named) for treating alcoholism (cārāyaveṟi), cough (irumal), fever (curam), ascitis (peruvayiṟu) and dysentery with semi solid stool (kavucci tīrāta pēti).
Size of the manuscript: 37,5cm x 3,4cm. The text has 4 palm leaves numbered 93, 34, 99 and 100. The manuscript is in average condition; the leaves are slightly affected by the larvae and a part of text of the 3rd leaf is missing.
