- Scope & Content:
- Contract for the lease of two aruras of land located near Nesla for one year, the lessor being Harseis, of Oxyrhynchus, with her father as a guardian, and the lessee Ptolemaeus, son of Hermippus alias Harpocration, of Oxyrhynchus. The plot is to be sown with whatever crops the lessee wishes except woad and coriander. Harseis acknowledges receipt of 80 silver drachmas as rent.

- Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and lacking the upper right edge; with insect holes in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 26 lines; upper and left margins measure 20 and 10-15 mm respectively; no margin to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
