- Sale of three aruras of waterless land from Dioscorus to the monastery of Zmin, in the Panopolite nome. The monastery is to pay the taxes related to fourteen aruras of arable land owned by Dioscorus near Phthla. With subscriptions of Dioscorus, who wrote the document, and of a witness.

- Papyrus sheet, darkened in places, almost complete, lacking the lower right-hand corner and with breaks and holes, mostly located along the horizontal folds at the bottom; slightly abraded in places; written on one side, the back being blank. There are 47 lines across the fibres. Margins survive: the upper is irregularly cut; the side margins display holes; the lower is lost on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
