- Papyrus sheet, darker in places, broken off at the bottom and with some insect holes; the surface is slightly abraded in few places; written on both sides. The front bears one column, of which 21 lines along the fibres survive; upper and side margins survive. On the back, there is one line running along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
