- Scope & Content:
- Petition to Serapion, chief of police (epistates phylakiton), from Chaeremon, son of Horion, a farmer of Euhemeria, concerning damage to his land caused by the grazing of sheep belonging to five men. Chaeremon asks Serapion to write to the chief of the village police (archephodos). An order to summon the men, addressed to the archephodos, is added at the end in a different hand.

- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, lacking part of the right-hand side and with insect holes in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame. On the front, there are 22 lines, some of which lack the end. Blank space and paragraphus separate lines 19 and 20. The left margin measure 10-13 mm, the upper 20 mm, the lower 10 mm; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
