- Papyrus sheet, broken off at the left and top; with abrasion on the left, and holes along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 27 lines, lacking the beginnings. The lower margin measures 200 mm; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
