- Extent:
- Papyrus sheet, pale-brown, complete and well preserved, with a break along a horizontal fold; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 12 lines running across the fibres; five additional lines occupy the lower margin; margins are extant, and a sheet-join runs along the width of the papyrus near its middle. On the back, there is one word running along the fibres, written at the bottom right, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. At the lower left corner there are traces of few washed out letters, running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 217 x 127 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 270 x 180 mm.
Script: Upright, thin, medium-sized hand, smaller at the bottom; lines tend to incline upwards.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased with a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr. A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
