Flavius Colluthus acknowledges that he has received the rent from Apollos (father of Dioscorus), through his son Menas, on account of a plot of land he is renting. With subscription of Colluthus written by Aurelius Apollos, son of Joseph, who acted on his behalf.

- Papyrus slip, torn at the bottom, with insect holes and abrasion throughout and darker portions; written on one side, the back being blank. There are 7 lines running across the fibres; margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Large, rapid cursive, slanting to the right; different hand, upright and in darker ink, for the subscription in the last two lines.
