- Light-brown papyrus sheet, somewhat damaged at the top and bottom and along the vertical folds (front); written on both sides along the fibres, the back bearing one word. On the front, there are 15 lines, complete; all margins survive (upper 35 mm; lower 45 mm); three vertical folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted in a glass frame.
