The fragment in Basel preserves the beginnings of 12 lines and the right margin; 40-44 letters were lost between the fragments. Vertical folds are visible; on the back, traces of five lines against the fibres, written upside down and in mirror script, were transferred from another document; a sheet-join is visible at c. 45 mm from the right edge. Part of the endorsement is preserved on the back of the fragment in Basel. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
