The volume contains baptismal records dating from 10 Dec 1699 to 27 Jul 1732; marriage records from 10 Jan 1718 to 22 Jul 1723; and burial records dating from from 15 Feb 1699 to 08 Jul 1813 of free and enslaved individuals registered in the Church of Nossa Senhora da Assunção de Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro. The opening charter is dated 27 Oct 1768 and was signed by José da Cruz Domingos; there is no closing charter. The volume has some marriage records from the year 1786. Entries were signed by the following clergy: Geruazio de Britto (?); Friar Luis de Santa Maria; Friar Leonardo de Santa Maria; and Friar Francisco Xavier da Luz.
Physical characteristics: The volume has no cover and shows sign of ink and insect damage. Dimensions: 30cm x 21cm.
